How to enroll
Follow these steps for new-student enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year. Contact the school to confirm grade-level availability before submitting paperwork.
Review the school information. Read the parent–student handbook and school profile included or referenced in the enrollment packet.
Arrange an admissions interview. Call 304.699.0482 to schedule the required interview.
Complete an Intent to Enroll for each child. Bring the completed form, registration fee, and official birth certificate to the school office. Sign the school-records request in the office, and provide the medical information required in the packet.
Complete entrance testing. After receiving the Intent to Enroll, the school will contact you to schedule testing.
Complete the enrollment paperwork. Complete the financial, parent cooperation, behavioral, medical, technology/social media, and photo-release paperwork in the 2026–2027 packet. Read the parent–student handbook and confirm payment arrangements with the office.
Receive official acceptance. The packet states that parents receive an official acceptance letter within 10 business days in the final step, after the required enrollment steps are completed.
Returning families
Use the 2026–2027 Re-Enrollment download above and complete the process for each student. Return the Intent to Enroll, fee payment, financial agreement, emergency contact form, medical and cooperation agreements, photo/video/audio permission, technology/social media agreement, and behavioral contract. Read the handbook and technology manual, then print, sign, and return their final pages to the main office. Include special dietary medical information if applicable. Re-enrollment is finalized after the required items are completed and fees are paid.
2026–2027 cost summary
LCA serves grades K–8. School hours are 7:30 a.m.–3 p.m. The same tuition applies to every grade, K–8.
Tuition: $5,200 per student for the school year.
Registration — one child: $150.
Registration — two or more children: $250 total per family, replacing the per-child registration fee.
Curriculum/textbooks: $450 per student.
Technology: $200 per student.
Tuition plus the listed registration, curriculum, and technology fees: one student: $6,000; two students: $11,950; three students: $17,800. These totals are before scholarships or discounts.
Tuition payment options
12-month plan: $433.31 per month, per student.
11-month plan: $472.73 per month, per student.
10-month plan: $520.00 per month, per student.
The monthly amounts are the amounts listed in the packets and cover tuition; registration, curriculum, and technology fees are separate. Scholarship dollars are applied to tuition before discounts.
Other charges: Late payments incur $25 plus 1.5% of the past-due amount. Charges may also apply for damage to school property. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Review the PDFs for full payment terms and contact the office with questions.
